Where the Warranty Claim is accepted, then Coppin International T/A Bilbys Ropes Cords & Crafts will at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective products or part thereof with a new or remanufactured equivalent during the warranty period at no charge to you for parts or labour. You acknowledge that you will be solely liable for any postage or shipping costs above our normal shipping fee for the product(s) to facilitate the warranty.

Refunds and Exchanges are subject to the following Criteria
Order cancellations are immediate via telephone providing contact is made with our online sales team on 1300 BILBYS. If making a cancellation request via email you must allow 48 hours (excluding non-working days i.e. weekends and public holidays) for the email to be processed and the order cancelled. Goods already shipped before a cancellation request is processed (within 48 hours for email or before telephone advice) can be recalled/returned, however delivery/courier charges cannot be refunded
Goods returned to Bilbys Ropes Cords & Crafts will be at your expense unless the fault is on our part where we can offer you a credit or refund to cover the costs associated with having to return the item(s). The Credit refund will not exceed our standard shipping fee for the item(s) to be returned and will only be paid once the goods are received by BILBYS Ropes Cords & Crafts. No Additional packaging or freight costs such as express postage will be covered by Bilbys Ropes Cords & Crafts.
Goods are not to be returned to us C.O.D. Goods returned to us this way cannot and will not be accepted.
